Opening Circle

Greeting, introduction, connecting with the space and setting healing intentions.

Energetic Self-Care Class

This customized class is intuitively guided to fit your healing needs and match your energetic flow. We begin warming up the body and then going into the development of self-care practice with a variety of qigong, yoga, breathwork, meditation and self-care techniques. The goal is to get into our bodies, release blockages while increasing the flow of qi and building awareness of the body's holding patterns. 

*Sound healing is typically included in the meditation portion of this class.

Downtime

This is a time to relax after the class, ask questions or discuss anything that comes up in the class. Tarot and Oracle Cards will be available as well as books on any techniques taught. This could also be a time for journaling, having a cup of tea or a snack as well as relaxing on the porch or in the forest.

Hands-On Healing

The healing session includes an intuitive reading that will then determine what modalities will be used in your healing session and in what order. The session includes a variety of bodywork, energy work and healing education.

Downtime

Lunch will be served with time after to relax and process. You can choose how you’d like to enjoy that time. Some relaxation in a hammock on the porch or in the forest. A hike around the forest connecting with nature. Some time on or in the river, paddleboard, kayak and or canoe are available.

Akashic Record Reading

An Akashic Record Reading is an experience like no other, here we will tap into your infinite self and give you a spiritual perspective on your life's journey. Some of the many things covered in these sessions are past lives, inherited family patterns, troubled relationships, soul contracts and soul groups. The reading is a healing and works on the power of the word/knowledge obtained expanding your awareness and consciousness creating significant shifts in your life.

Closing Circle

Closing the day with an understanding of how the work will be processed, any remaining questions or comments and sealing the healing.
