Classes

This class introduces Craniosacral Therapy and its connection to the Craniosacral, Central Nervous, Endocrine systems, and Chakras. It covers how perception and memory create holding patterns in the body and how to release them using hands-on techniques. By the end of the workshop, students will be able to perform a customized Craniosacral Therapy session and recognize signs of restriction release to facilitate healing. 

This Advanced Craniosacral Therapy class will focus on techniques to improve-TMJD, Migraines, Cluster Headaches and Advance/Chronic Holding patterns.

In this workshop, students will explore the development of reflexology from zone therapy, learning to map the entire body through the feet. They will discover how to locate specific reflex points, understand the health benefits, and practice techniques to address various health concerns. With instructor guidance, students will gain the skills to perform a complete reflexology session or integrate it into a full-body massage. 

This Reiki I class is designed to help students develop self-healing skills by fine-tuning their awareness of subtle energies. The focus is on creating healthy boundaries, connecting with one's higher self, and building the discernment needed for making decisions for the greatest good. Through this foundation, intuition and the flow of Universal Life Force Energy will naturally expand, guided by attunement. 

This transformative class focuses on healing others and harnessing the power of the universal life force through the integration of your mind, body, and spirit. You will tap into your spiritual healing abilities, connect with your Akashic Records, and become a finely tuned channel for healing energy.  

Reiki Master/Teacher Training equips students with the knowledge to use Reiki Master Symbols, pass attunements, and teach Reiki I, II, and III classes. The course covers essential Reiki resources, the importance of energy exchange for treatments and classes, and provides practical experience in passing attunements. Ongoing support is offered to ensure continued growth and mastery in Reiki practice and teaching.

This workshop explores the Chakra System, teaching students about energy medicine with a focus on Ayurvedic principles. Participants will learn the functions of each chakra and how it affects the body on mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual levels. Various healing modalities such as color therapy, sound therapy, crystal therapy, mantras, affirmations, aromatherapy, and energetic cleansing techniques will be used to cleanse, balance, tone, and strengthen the chakras.
